Nissan Repair: front wipers not working, nissan almera, millimeter

fuse ok think its linkage arm its a nissan almera can hear stroke inside car will fix myself but how do i get to it?

If you hear the unit actuating but nothing moves then the grille over the cowl needs to come off to put the lever back on the motor arm.  Both wipers need to come off by popping off the covers and removing the ten millimeter nuts.  Then the grille comes off.  Under this is the motor arm.  Should be a ball stud that has popped off.  If it is broken you will have to source another arm.
