Nissan Repair: nissan repair, nissan repair, code p0300

i have 2001 Nissan almera, it keeps on jerking when driving and the rev meter
flicks. when put on diagnostic machine it says code p0300 random misfire
detected on cylinders. what is this problem and how to fix it? thanks

Hi Faizal -

First order of business is to get a tune up - Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. There is a good chance that one or several of these components are faulty and causing intermittent misses, especially if it has been a while since the last tune up.
