What is the best way to install the safety switch on a 95 Nissan maxima and where is it located at.

It is located on the transmission.  Follow the shift cable to the transmission.  Look under the hood on the drivers side and you will see it.  Just a matter of removing the old one and installing the new one.  You will need to use a drill bit to calibrate the detent.  Follow the directions that come with the new part.  If you need more email me back.
