Chevrolet Repair: 99 Chevy Blazer Rear Wiper Prob, chevy blazer, wiper blade

My rear wiper will not operate. I have just now replaced the motor and I can hear the motor working, however, the arm will not move.
Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

If you can move the wiper blade assembly by hand then you forgot to snap the linkage onto the moto Or the wiper arm threads are stripped where the arm mounts onto the stud that sticks out of the back of the window as the wiper arm is held on by a nut and the threads on the shaft may be stripped out..
