Nissan Repair: Smoke out of a cylinder, 240sx ka24de, blown headgasket

I have a 93 240sx KA24de and i was just wondering what does it mean when i have smoke coming out of cylinder 2 because i just did a full tune up and this started to happen about a week later.

If you have smoke coming out of one cylinder, does that mean that it comes from where the sparkplug foes?  If so, replace the sparkplug.  If it si coming from the side then you have a blown headgasket.  Email me back and let me know where it (smoke) is coming from.
