there are three motor mount on a quest van i need to know how to remove the one on the passager side

Hi Elvis -

You will need to get a floor jack and support the engine on the passenger side until the load is off the mount (you can tell when that is because the mount will "float".

Once that is done, remove the mounting bolts that secure it to the engine and the car frame. Having the right tools is imperative.

Insert the new mount and line up the mounting holes (you may have to adjust the floor jack - be very careful).

Once you have everything aligned, go ahead and insert the rest of the bolts and tighten.
