Nissan Repair: Screeching Fan Belt - 2000 Nissan Altima, nissan altima, belt dressing

Good Day,
My 2000 Nissan Altima screeches 90 per cent of the time. I took it to a garage. I believe an Air Conditioning belt was changed. It worked for about a month and then started up again. I get some relief when I sprayed it with belt dressing but it was a short term solution. The car runs ok but the constant screeching following start up and acceleration is driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

If it is the airconditioner does it screech with the airconditioner off?  Anyway, I would first tighten the belt to see if that resolves the problem.  If not, get another belt and replace it.  While the belt is off check the compressor pulley to see if it is sticking, like the bearings are failing...
