My neighbor is a mechanic and offered to change my brakes for me. Is it
rotors and brake pads for the front and rear drum for the back or something
different. I need to buy all the parts for him. Thanks.

Yes, the front are rotors and the back are drums.  So, purchase pads for the front and shoes for the back.  You will not know if the rotors and drums need to be turned or replaced until they are inspected.  I would assume the brakes have been done before since the age of the car?  So, go to Autozone or Checker and get premium pads and shoes.  I like Performance Friction Carbon Metallic for pads and organic for the rear shoes.
