Nissan Repair: problem with rear suspension, air shocks, nissan serena

Question
i'm using nissan serena 2.0 a/t 1997 model. My problem is  while i'm driving with full passengger , my rear suspension get so low, and it is worst while driving offroad. Is there suspension or absorber problem.. thank you

Answer
Noorshyafid,

You could augment the suspension in the back if you are bottoming out.  Options are air shocks or overload springs.  And, if these are difficult to get you could go to the automotive wrecking yard and source some heavier springs and retrofit them in place.  The stock suspension is not really set up for heavy loads or off road.  The factory makes the suspension for a soft ride.
