Nissan Repair: 2004 Nissan Quest, 2004 nissan quest, nissan quest

I had an oil burning problem approx 4,000 miles ago.  Dealer took engine apart and fixed "something" (never did tell me exactly).  On a recent 2.5 hr road trip, the car would not accelerate.  Checked trans. fluid - clear, good level.  45,000 miles on vehicle.  I understand that this is covered under extended warranty, but I am afraid dealer will try to deny coverage (they have before).  Could the two problems be related?

Hi Lisa -

It is important to get the information on what was done to your vehicle. This whole thing sounds fishy to me. I would definitely research this dealership. It is basic to inform the customer on what was done to the vehicle, warranty or not.

As for the answer to your question, I am almost positive it is related, however need more information for me to assign a definitve.

Can you get me the information on the repair?
