no interior heat i replaced thermostat,heater valve.i suspect it is flap door not closeing.i am haveing trouble locateing this.any suggest

Either the heater core is plugged or the door is stuck, as you indicate.  Remove the glovebox and look at the blower box.  The actuator is on the box.  Move the blend lever and watch for movement.  A Haynes Manual or a Factory Service Manual would be beneficial for the photographs.
