Nissan Repair: Trans, nissan quest, cheap solution

I have a 96 Nissan Quest, It slipps badly when you put in in reverece. The van does not slipp in any other gear.

No way to correc the problem without removal of the transmission.  If all else is good, as you say, you are looking ata master rebuild as a minimal.  All parts would be replaced that wear.  This will cost about $1200 to $2500 depending on where you live.  A wrecking yard transmission is a good and cheap solution.
