Nissan Repair: 96 Sentra Master Switch Installation, courtesynissan, stripped screw removal

Hi There. My driver's side window is stuck open, and I can tell (by how it feels) that it is the master switch. I would like to replace/install the new one myself. Any advice, or particular things to look out for?

Also, the screw inside the door handle is stripped, any ideas about that?

If you have time to wait, rockauto.com or courtesynissan.com are both about half the cost of the dealer.  Sears sells a really cool stripped screw removal tool to get the handle screw out.  If you use a butter knife and pry under the trim that holds the master switch it should come out.
