i installed two axles and now it seems as if the axles are binding up and causes a really bad vibrationn. you can actually see it making the motor move up and down

Hi Chris -

Looks like one or two of the axles are not lined up properly. Did they fit in OK, or did you have to use some "motivation"? The splines could be damaged and crossed. The only way to remedy this is to remove it once again and inspect the input shaft on both axles. Any difficulty in removal is a clue to the problem.
