Do you know what might be causing the multi-use tail lights to not light when braking, but light with the tail lights?  It seems like they are the same bulb.  Also, the fuse is fine because the center brake light works correctly.

Hi Chris -

You are correct, it is the same bulb, however, if you look closely at the bulb, it has 2 filaments. Or, you can remove the bulb and look at the contacts at the bottom of the bulb. If you see a double contact, then replace the bulb, and you should be good to go.
