Nissan Repair: Nissan Quest 2005 beeping, key fobs, nissan quest

Hi, I have a Nissan Quest 2005. A couple of months back, the van was beeping intermittently (random - no pattern). Coincidentally, I found one of the key fobs did not work. Took it to the dealership - they said they reprogrammed the computer and that I would need a new key fob. Yesterday morning, it started beeping again. To my dismay, I found the second fob also has stopped working. Tried various things and would not stop - all of a sudden it stopped beeping after about 8 am.  The same thing happened today - stopped beeping about 8 am again. This is something that is bugging me. Either the keyfobs are defective, take the battery out of the one that is offending.  If that corrects the problem then get another one and reprogram it.  If the problem continues then it is the body control module.  The dealer will let you know depending on what the scanner presents.
