Nissan Repair: 1999 Nissan Altima GLE dies at red lights, nissan altima gle, mass airflow sensor

Question
I recently replaced my EGR valve and also used Sea Foam to help clean out the carbon build up, and my car still continues to stop/stall out a signal lights. I called a Nissan service advisor and they suggested that I needed to get a "Fuel Injector Flush" ( for $200) after I had my EGR valve replaced.I changed the fuel filter, air filter is clean. Do I need to change my PCV valve, but I can't even locate it on my engine.I don't know what else to do. I've already dropped $600 on a 120,000 miles service and replacing the EGR valve. I need help. THX

Answer
Mike,

If there are no codes then you need to check on other things that would cause the problem.  I would be looking at the idle air control valve first and be sure to clean the throttle body.  This car is know for that as well as the mass airflow sensor.  We will start with the cheap stuff first so do the throttle body and clean and or replace the idle air control valve.  Email me back if you require more...
