Nissan Repair: Windshield Fogging, 2004 nissan maxima, automatic climate control

My windshield keeps fogging up when it rains.  I tried turning on the Ac, Heat, but there was no change? Please advise.  (2004 Nissan Maxima SL)

If the windshield fogs up there are products at the parts store to prevent it like Rain X.  Also, if you have a blown heater core it could cause it too.  Make sure, when you turn the defroster on the airconditioner is running too.  To get a window to clear fast turn to defrost and hot.  If yours has the automatic climate control the airconditioner will come on to dry the air too.
