Nissan Repair: A/C- Heater Blower Motor, heater blower, blower motor

I Have a 95 Maxima,The Blower Motor Stays Running Even If You Turn It Off.I Changed The Motor Out Because It Was Rattling. I Swapped Out The Relay,But It Was Ok. Any IDEAS???

You must have replaced the wrong relay.  Without the blower relay the fan should not come on.  The switch is controlled via switched ignition.  Check the relay again and if it is good, which would be strange, I do not think the switch could do it.
