i have a 1995 nissan maxima, and the battery light keeps flashing and that makes the front lights flash. this happens occasionally. i tried everything from fixing fuses etc. maybe it could be a fuse. and the radio lights are turned off always. could it be from the daylight fuse. if yes or no please help

I would check the battery cables to make sure they are tight and that the battery and charge system is good.  Autozone or Checker will perform a free electrical inspection so get it checked.  If the radio lights are not working but the instrument lights are would mean the bulbs are blown in the radio and it needs to be removed and disassembled to gain access.  Radio Shack is a good source for bulbs for less than half the cost of the dealer.
