Nissan Repair: Transmission, nissan frontier, tranny lines

I have a 2000 Nissan Frontier 2wheel drive v 6 and i changed the trannny filter and put all new fluid in and then the truck just wong drive at all now i dont know wat is happeneing i tried to drain some fluid out of da pan and there was no fluid in it i need to know how to unclog the tranny lines

Hi Rick -

Did you also drain the torque converter? If so, you will have to account for that.

I find it strange that you do not have any fluid in the pan, as when you refill it, it goes straight to the pan. Where did you put the trans oil in from? How many quarts were put in?
