You are going to need to get the codes read since it appears that several things are going out.  The traction control could be as simple as the brakes needing bleeding like the brake fluid needs to be changed.  The tach, speedo and gear shift could be the connector on the instrument cluster needing cleaned.  But, to be sure have the computer codes read for free at Autozone or Checker and email me back with what they tell you.
