How can I replace passenger side mirror of Nissan Sentra 2007? Is there any full repair manual available for Sentra 2007?

Yes, the factory manual is available at nissantechinfo.com for a download fee or you may purchase a CDROM at the same site.  Chilton and Haynes offer manuals but are not as detailed.  The passenger side mirror replacement will require the removal of the door panel to obtain access to the nuts on the inside of the door.  Remove the door panel by removing the screw in the handle cup and the front screw covered by the clip.  Also, if yours has a door light pop it off and check fro a screw inside.  If no screw then get a putty knife and pry the door panel off from the bottom to the top and then unplug the harness and lift it off the window rail.  Now, remove the plastic cover to get access to the bolts that hold the mirror on.  Remove the bolts and fish the harness out, if yours has electric mirrors.  Plug in the new one and bolt it on and install the cover and the door panel.
