Nissan Repair: 2002 Nissan Maxima, nissan maxima, cv boot

I just bought a 02' Maxima with 94k and there is a squealing noise coming from the front of the vehicle.  When I drive at low speeds it sounds like a light grinding, when I turn to the right it sounds like something is rubbing and a loud squealing noise occurs.  I took it to two shops and they couldn't tell what it was.  The cv boot and axle look fine and no leaks.  Also the brakes are fine.  Please help.

Has anyone checked the belt(s), especially the power steering belt? A quick way to check is to start the engine, and while it is running, spray the belt area with WD40. If the sound goes away, then you need to either tighten the belt, or replace it.
