Nissan Repair: transmission, transmission analyzer, safety feature

i changed my transmission brand new but its not shifting its always in 2nd gear. the reverse and the park works but when i put it to 1,2 or drive or overdrive its doesnt engage its always in 2 gear.even at high speed the its always at the same gear helpppppppppp

The transmission is locked in second gear as a safety feature to keep it from getting damaged.  You will have to go to a place that has a transmission analyzer for Nissan's, like Cottman Transmission.  Well, that is who I use since they have been good to me on many transmissions.  Anyway, a Consult I scanner will give the error codes to find out why the transmission is locked in second.  I would check the grounds and the harness connectors to see if something is unplugged first.
