Answer
Hi Matthew -

How about checking the ignition module? This is a quite common problem. Does the truck start right up after it dies, or do you have to wait a few minutes for it to start again?

I you have to wait, during the no start condition, pull a spark plug wire and insert a screwdriver so it locks onto the terminal inside the boot. Have an assistant crank the engine while you hold the screwdriver placing the shaft about 1/2 inch away from any metal surface of the car (Please do not touch any metal surface while doing this!) You should see a spark jump between the 2 metal surfances. If not, then replace the module, I think located in your distributor on this model.

Have you checked your fuel pump itself? If the car starts right up again, then you might want to take a fuel pump volume and pressure test, when the engine is warm.

Hope this helps
