How do I go about replacing the power right side mirror>

Hi Mike -

Is this the entire assembly, or just the mirror?

If it is the entire assembly, you will need to remove the inside door panel to access the hold down bolts for the mirror assembly. Should be 2 10mm nuts. Remove the electric harness. Installation is the reverse of removal.
