how do i pull trans out of 89 nissan pickup,all bolts are out?

You have to make sure all the bolts are out and that the driveshaft and the crossmember is off as well as the shifter.  If all are out and you are pulling the bellhousing with the transmission it should slide out.  I am sure you have the slave cylinder off?
