Nissan Repair: NISSAN PINTARA 1991 --- WATER FLOWING NOISE, radiator fluid, heater hoses

When idle, there is a noise sounding like water flowing.
Is something wrong? is it easy/cheap to be fixed?

Sounds like trapped air in the heater core is making the noise.  This is not a problem as long as the car does not overheat and the heater works.  You can let the trapped air out by loosening one of the heater hoses at the firewall and letting the air escape.  Then, tighten up the clamp and check the radiator fluid level.
