Answer
Mike,

I need a little more information.  If the car will start and will not hold an idle you could just have a problem with the throttle position sensor.  But, I would like to know if there are other details we have not discussed here.  Check to make sure the spark plugs are recently replaced and the cap, rotor and wires are in good order.  Also, since it is cold outside make sure the fuel filter is good and do check the fuel pressure to diagnose if you have sufficient gas getting to the engine.  Email me back with what you find and we'll go from there.
