sometimes my car willnt start in car weather i change the starter and i got a tune up and still it willnt start also which is better tokico shocks or kyb for my maxima

If the car will turn over and not start would lead me to think the cold start circuit is screwing up.  I would remove and clean the idle air control valve and throttle body to make sure it is clean and working properly.  I like Nissan shocks and struts but Tokico are excellent.  I have not had much luck with KYB.
