Nissan Repair: whining and clucking sound, wheel bearings, tire noise

Question
hey i own a 2000 maxima se, but i have just replaced my front struts at a trustable well known mechanic, because when ever i went over even the slightest of bumps i would hear a clucking loose sound coming form the front end of the car. the sound is still their along with a humming, sort of whining sound when driving, and gets worsen when i speed up to highway speed. some say its my wheel bearings because when i turn the grinding becomes louder. i don't know..... it can be many things right?

Answer
Have someone check your stablizer links these links will only be noisy over small bumps. As far as a humming noise is concerned it can be your wheel bearings, but have someone check your tires for a choppy tread. I have seen many mechanics replace wheel bearings when it was just a tire noise
