Nissan Repair: 92 infinity G20, vehicle speed sensor, turn signal switch

my rear lights dont work at night but when i hit the brakes those lights work.  also the speedometer lights dont work as well as the speedometer wont say how fast i am going.  there also is a clicking sound like my turn blinker is going on but its real fast and seems to be making that noise every so often thanks

First, the turn signal indicator seems like it is toast.  It runs the parking lights as well.  And, the speedometer should be the vehicle speed sensor on the transmission.  If the instrument lights do not work that would be the master turn signal switch too.  If that does not correct the instrument lights replace the dimmer switch.
