Nissan Repair: INSTRUMENT LIGHTING, brightness control, radio shack

THE INSTRUMENT LIGHTING (AROUND THE SPEEDOMETER, ETC.) DOES NOT WORK. HOWEVER, WHEN I ADJUST THE BRIGHTNESS CONTROL, THE LIGHTING AROUND THE A/C AND HEATING CONTROLS DIMS AND BRIGHTENS. ALSO, THE LITTLE GREEN LIGHT THAT LET'S YOU KNOW THE A/C IS ON, DOES NOT LIGHT UP.

The instruments have little lights that sometimes blow.  The instrument cluster will have to come out to replace them.  The airconditioner light is blown too.  If you remove yours and go to Radio Shack you can save a bundle of money.  The ones at the dealer are four times the price.
