My remote keyless entry would only open the driver side door and not the rest of the doors, but when locking, it locks up everything.

You should be able to open all doors by pressing the unlock and letting off and pressing it again to get the other doors to unlock.  A safety feature so you are not unlocking all the doors at once if there are bad people around.  You only want to open the driver's door first.  Now, if the other doors will not open with that second press of the remote you are looking at the body control module that is in need of reprogrammign using a Consult II scan tool at the dealer or a replacement of the body control module if the reprogramming does not work.  But, first I would just check and see if that second press of the remote opens the other doors...
