I am changing the engine belts and need to find where the center pulley bolt on accessory on tension pulley?

The one you are looking for is the one with the long bolt that does the adjustment and the center bolt is the one that you loosen to get the belt loose or tight using the long bolt for adjustment.  If you are talking about the one that drives the powersteering belt then you are looking at the powersteering itself.  There is the pivot bolt and then there is the one that allows for adjustment.  It is a pain to get access and you will need a long extension to get to the one that allows adjustment.
