Nissan Repair: 07 pathfinder power windows, body control module, keyfob

Sometimes the power windows on my 07 pathfinder go down by themselves with the ignition off? Please help.

I found no service bulletin for this on the nhtsa.gov so my thought leans toward the remote keyfob being pressed.  If the unlock is pressed and held it will roll the windows down.  If you are not doing it by accident, like the keys in your pocket getting pressed.  Then, the Body Control Module is screwing up and that would be something that the dealer should reprogram or replace.
