Nissan Repair: 98 Altima with gas pumping problems., vent line, full tank

Question
When i pumps gas it would alway click off after 1 gal. today I went to pump and when I began pumping i seen gas coming out from under my car. The only way It wouldn't happen is if I would go real slow. I still get the same mpg on a full tank so I dont think I'm losing gas. What could it be and what do I need to fix it.

Sounds like the vent line to the filler neck is blocked and not allowing the air to escape from the tank when you fill it.  If you look under the car at the fuel filler hose you will see a smaller hose that allows the air to escape while you fill the tank.  Check that hose to make sure it is not crimped or rotten.
