Nissan Repair: 1999 nissan pathfinder rear axle seal, rear axle assembly, rear axle seal

I'm having trouble with disassembling the rear axle assembly to replace the outer seal. I have the axle assembly removed from the axle tube so it's just the axle with the brake components. The bearing is still attached to the axle and i can't get to the outer seal. How would you remove the shaft from the bearing?

You will need a press to get the bearing off the shaft to get to the seal for replacement.  Harbor Freight has a press for under $200 dollars that will do the job if you want to purchase one.  Otherwise, for about $25 bucks a machine shop will press your bearing off and replace the seal.
