Nissan Repair: No dash lights/power to head unit, dash lights, steering wheel

I was installing a new head unit in my '02 Sentra SE-R Spec V  and a couple of the wires crossed and sparked, and now the lights in the dash dont work and my headunit is recieving no power.  I checked most of the fuses under the steering wheel and i can't find one thats blown... what up with that???

Check the fuses under the dash and the hood.  If the radio has been disconnected and the fuses are good the lights should work.  I would buy the conversion plug so the wires will be correct.  Nissan does strange things with grounds that turn into power when you turn the car on.
