WHEN BRAKING SOMETIMES JUST SLOW EXCELERATION I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE (SOUNDS LIKE METAL TO METAL) ITS NOT MY BRAKES (FRONT ARE FINE - JUST GOT BACK DONE)

The brake pads are probably glazed and that is causing the noise.  You could try Simple Green sprayed on the rotors and then wash them off and see if the noise goes away.  Otherwise, you will probably be looking at a change of pads to get rid of the noise.
