Nissan Repair: 91 nissan NX 1.6l, nissan nx, fuel pump relay

I need to take my car through aircare soon and i have a bad oil leak because i need to replace my front crank seal. would this affect aircare in anyway? would this leak possibly cause a small vacuum leak as well? Another question that i have is that my fuel pump tends to start running after i turn my car off and it only last a minute or so. i'm wondering if this could have anything to do with my gas consumption and a slight hesitation on my throttle. anyhow if you have any ideas, please let me know. thx.  Before i go, i have one more?   i need any info i can get as to replacing both my front headlight lens cover assemblies. i'm just hoping i can find a way of doing this without having to remove the whole front clip of my car.  thx alot any help would do me wonders. An oil leak will not cause you to fail the test.  But, a vacuum line would.  Check all the hoses to make sure none are cracked or coming off.  The second thing sounds like the fuel pump relay is sticking and should be replaced.  ON the headlights you will need to remove the bumper conver to get access.  It is not that big a deal to get access.  There are screws on the inner fenderwell up front and those along the top and bottom.  Under 30 minutes to remove the bumper and another 30 minutes to do the lights.  A Haynes Manual shows you where the screws are...
