Is it possible to swap out my automatic trans and put in a manual trans of the
same year and model?

Yes it can be done but you will need a doner vehicle to make the swap easier.  Otherwise, you will be looking for all the little things.  You will need the pedal hangers under the dash for the clutch as well as the shifter and the console cover as well as the transmission and related components.
