Nissan Repair: Nissan Xterra Rough Idle and lack of low end power, nissan xterra, v6 supercharger

Question
I have a 2002 Nissan Xterra 4X4 w/V6 supercharger. At idle it seems to be missing or running rough. Under acceleration it is fine except lack of power at lower rpm, and at speed ok as well. Took it to a shop had them run diagnostic p0328-Knock sensor code was told that was probably not it.they said under idle it was running lean but on road test ok. They said also picked up that #2 cylinder was sometimes missing but could not find why. Changed plug wires, plugs, cap and rotor. still having rough idle and a seemly lack of power at lower rpm. Could it be a knock sensor?

Answer
Shawn,

Yes, the knock sensor should be replaced if it is setting a code.  Second, the misfire on number 2 hole could be a defective injector.  There is a known problem for the 2002 and 2003 models.  Pull the plug from #2 hole and compare it to another plug.  If #2 is black and the others are not you have a leaking injector.  Also, perform an ohms check on all the injectors and I bet #2 will be less than the rest.
