Question
Hello thank you for taking the time to read this. I have a 1993 Maxima and the windows will not open when I turn the car off I hear this click coming from the door like the window moter is tryin 2 runn still. When I try to start the car in the moring it's dead. I get a jump and it's fine. It's a brand new battry. SO I think it's the windows.... Please help I drive for a living in this car. I'm going to loss my job if I don't fix this. Thank You a Head of time.

Answer
ok, before i throw out this answer i need you to do a test for me.  next time you get a jump drive it around, dont use your windows at all.  turn the car off when you get home and let the car sit a while..over night preferred.  the only way to rule this out is to not touch the windows under any circumstance.  if this car does NOT start the next day it has nothing to do with your windows and your alternator is at fault.  its not recharging your battery while its running, or its only charging it enough to keep your car running.  if it does start up after, then your switch that controls the windows is the culprit.  the switch is basically your controls (ie-windows locks etc).  if you take this out, behind it you will see what im talking about.  good luck with the tests and let me know how this comes out.  xxp_sebby@yahoo.com
