Nissan Repair: My key is stuck, nissan altima, steering wheel

I have 2001 Nissan Altima and i kind of slammed it into park today and now the key won't turn to the lock position so I can't get the key out of the ignition what do I do???

You need to check to see that the shifter will go into park and to wiggle the steering wheel to get the key back to the off position.  If not, you will need to take the column a part to get the linkage to release the key.  Email me back if working the shifter does not work and I will let you know how to take the steering column a part.
