Is it possible to fit a silvia 240sx s14turbo , or a 300 zx twin turbo fit into a 1986 720 hardbody ?

Either is possible with the complete system.  You need to have a good shop with a welding rig to fabricate and modify parts and you need to be sure to get the harness from the engine you want to swap in as well as the computer that manages the electronics along with the proper fuel pump and sensors.  If it were me I would be sure to get the whole car as a doner so you can rob parts off it as getting individual parts for a swap is quite expensive as well as time consuming.  Be sure you save the paperwork for the engine as it is a pain to get the SMOG referee to buy off on a swap.  So, if you have the records from the doner engine it makes it easier to get it passed.
