Nissan Repair: printed circuit board/instrument cluster, instrument clusters, nissan frontier

1998 Nissan Frontier, failed instrument cluster/circuit board.  Can this be repaired?  Nissan parts no longer has nor do they make this part.  I understand there has been quite a few more people in the same situation.  Thank you for your time.

There are several places on-line that advertise they can repair instrument clusters.  So, that is an option.  Me? I love to get parts from the wrecking yard.  Then it is only a plug and play.  Remember that you cannot drive the truck with the cluster out since the computer uses the reference signal from the cluster to detect vehicle speed.  The following is a link to a place that does repairs.  http://www.instrumentclusters.com/  If you do a google search you might find one in your area...
