Nissan Repair: 2003 Frontier, cottman transmissions, o2 sensors

Question
The truck runs with a slight miss but when you try to accelerate the engine bogs down and knocks and theres a popping noise coming from the intake. Changed out the plugs, wires and rotor. Could it be the O2 sensors? The timing has to be advanced for it start ata all.

There could be a dozen things causing this and instead of just throwing expensive parts at this, I suggest you take to someone who can scan your truck for DTC's. This will make the repair simple and save you a lot of cash on parts. FYI Cottman Transmissions will do this at no charge. Once you have the code numbers, resubmit to me and I will tell you how we can fix this.
