Nissan Repair: horn doesnt work, amp fuse, nissan sentra

The horn does not work on my husband's 2001 Nissan Sentra
(I think it's a GXE...whatever the low end model is) . My husband has looked at the fuses and the one for the horn looked ok and he even swapped a 10 amp fuse to make sure and still it didn't work. Then we found another box on the left side of the car (under the hood ) labeled horn but we didn't know if that was another set of fuses or what? Is there anything you could suggest for him to try other than going to a garage and hooking it up to the computer?

Test the horn by putting 12 volts directly to it. Make sure it even works! It could be in the horn switch itself. If the horn works, then unplug it and us a VOM to check voltage to it while someone presses the horn. Let me know what we found.
